These Terms of Use govern your use of the Declared Missing website (the “Site”), operated by 8-Bit Cache Studios LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. They apply to the website only; the Declared Missing game will be subject to its own end-user terms.

Press and creators may use screenshots from the media and press pages for editorial coverage of Declared Missing, provided they are not altered to misrepresent the game and are identified as work in progress.

Development status

Declared Missing is in development. Gameplay systems, characters, abilities, environments, visual presentation, features, release plans, roadmap timing, Founders Program details and other content shown on the Site are subject to change and are not promises or offers. Nothing on the Site is an offer to sell or a reservation.

User submissions

The Site does not currently accept user content such as comments, uploads or profiles. If you contact us with ideas or feedback, you agree we may use them without obligation to you. submission and moderation terms required before any community features launch
